Comparison of the efficacy of different surgical treatment of adults with inguinal hernia

Objective More traditional open hernia ligation,laparoscopic hernia sac ligation under endoscopic hernia and improved high ligation surgery three adults efficacy and recurrence rate of inguinal hernia. Methods We selected inguinal hernia 240 cases between January2013 to December 2014. All the cases were randomly divided into three groups,namely the traditional open hernia ligation group( conventional group),laparoscopic hernia sac ligation( intraperitoneal mirror group) and modified under laparoscopic hernia sac ligation( modified group),80 patients in each group. To observe the short and long term clinical efficacy of three groups postoperatively followed up for one year. Results Traditional operative average was 30. 35 ± 9. 43 min,the longest for the three groups( P 0. 05). The laparoscopic surgery group and improved group were about 9 ~ 20 min,an average of 16. 16 ± 5. 30 min and 18. 58 ± 4. 20 min. The difference was not statistically significant( P 0.05). Postoperative bleeding in laparoscopic group and improved group were less than the traditional group,children with locomotor activity after time,length of hospital stay was less than the traditional group( P 0. 05). Wound healing,the laparoscopic group and improved group Ⅰ-high number of cases healed well for the traditional group. Children complication rate was 20. 00% in traditional group,the highest incidence in the three groups. The incidence of complications of laparoscopic group accounted for 10. 00%. The improved complication rate was 1. 25%,the lowest rate of complications modified group. Conclusion Hernia sac ligation under laparoscopic high ligation and improved compared with the traditional open hernia ligation had some advantages,but the sac ligation with modified laparoscopic relatively laparoscopic hernia sac ligation. You can reduce the recurrence rate. It is suitable for clinical application.
