视神经脊髓炎(neuromyelitis optica,NMO)是一种严重的中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘病变,其临床特点包括反复发作的视神经炎及长节段横贯性脊髓炎(图1A).视神经脊髓炎特异性抗体(NMO-IgG),即水通道蛋白4(aquaporin4,AQP4)抗体,是NMO的标志物,这些临床及免疫学特征已被用于多发性硬化症(multiple sclerosis,MS)和NMO的鉴别.传统观点认为NMO无脑部受累,所以长期以来将发病时视神经外脑内发现病灶的病例排除在NMO诊断之外. 关键词:视神经脊髓炎;脑部病变;磁共振成像 分类号:R816.1 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1671-8925(2014)06-0645-04
