Basic Construction and Practice of High Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project

Objective To optimize nursing management system,improve the quality of nursing service and enhance the professional image of nurses.Methods Based on the development of the frontier nursing discipline,the strengthening construction of long-term hospital nursing discipline mechanism was intensively studied with the starting point of strengthening primary nursing to implement the high quality nursing service demonstration project.Results Efficient improvement of nursing management ensured the quality of clinical nursing,provided a better human resource conditions,improved the nursing skills of nurses with varied ranks and emergency nursing skills for the field team,and optimized the public image for the nursing staff.Conclusion Through implementing the high quality nursing service demonstration project,effective reforms are realized in many aspects of nursing management system to further improve the hospital's nursing service quality,build the dominant nursing brand and enhance the hospital's core competitiveness.【
