Abstract
目的 探讨小切口非超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的临床效果.方法 右上象限直切口,进前房后,连续环形撕囊,水分离核后,用晶状体圈匙摘出晶状体核,囊袋内植入人工晶状体.结果 术后1周视力≥0.5者72眼(72.4%),术后1月视力≥0.5者84眼(85.9%).角膜散光度0.87±0.75D,与大切口组平均1.78±1.11 D相比有显著差异(P<0.05).结论 小切口非超声乳化术操作简便,不需昂贵设备,手术效果满意,可在基层医院开展.
