The application of foreseeable nursing in ICU mechanical ventilation old patients

Abstract
Objective
To study the effect of application of professional nursing group in mechanical ventilation old patients.
Methods
128 mechanical ventilation of patients were divided into experimental group(64 cases)and the control group(64 cases). Professional nursing group was applied in experimental group. Patients in control group were given routine intervention.
Results
Dental ulcer, ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP) and diarrhea occurrence rate was 3.28%, 1.64%, 1.64% in experimental group, was 14.75%, 13.11%, 11.48% in control group respectively, the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05) .
Conclusions
The application of professional nursing group in mechanical ventilation of patients could promote the complication occurrence rate.
