Abstract
Objective To improve the quality of health education and guarantee the patients to receive timely and effective health education.Methods The experience of holistic nursing based on clinical nursing path-way abroad was referenced and implemented health education for the hospitalized patients.The 120 hospitalized patients from May to October in 2007 were randomly divided into 2 groups,the patients in experiment group re-ceived health education based on clinical nursing pathway,and the patients in control group received health edu-cation using traditional method.Results After health education,the patients in experiment group mastered more knowledge and their satisfaction to nursing service was higher obviously than that of control group.Conclusion Implementing health education based on clinical nursing pathway was a feasible and effective way.
