Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative respiratory care on lung cancer patients' respiratory function. Methods A total of 60 lung cancer patients were divided into two groups, including the observation group of 30 patients with perioperative respiratory care and the control group of 30 patients with routine care, the nursing effects were compared. Results After treatment , all the patients observed respiratory function scores were significantly lower than those of the control group of patients, and the scores of sputum viscosity, expectoration difficulty, such as pulmonary rales in the observation group were compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ), and in the observation group postoperative complication rate was 6. 67% , it was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Perioperative respiratory care on lung cancer patients" respiratory function can greatly reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications, and it is worthy of wider promotion and application. Key words: Perioperative stage ; Respiratory care; Lung cancer; Respiratory function
