The design and practice of teacher's teaching assessment index system

The assessment of teachers' teaching performance is crucial in implementing the central position of teaching in colleges,and it is also an effective way of stimulating the working enthusiasm of teachers and enhancing teacher accountability and awareness of teaching quality.On the basis of the practice of the teaching performance of Wenzhou Medical College,this paper first illustrates the basic principles of the design of the teaching assessment index system,and then it expounds the specific content and assessment methods from three aspects,namely the amount of teaching work,the effect of teaching work,teaching research and reform.It also gives an in-depth analysis of the reliability of the assessment of teachers'teaching performance.Combined with the assessment practice,the author offers the rational design of the assessment index system in colleges from the aspects of the implementation of performance evaluation,as well as the teaching work process management and quality control.
