Clinical effect of nursing intervention on postoperative infusion chemotherapy for the patients with bladder cancer

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on postoperative infusion chemotherapy for the patients with bladder cancer.Methods A total of 74 patients with bladder cancer treated with postoperative intravesical chemotherapy in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,the observation group adopted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,the differences were compared between two groups.Results Completion rates of chemotherapy on schedule were respectively 86.49％ ( 32 ) and 37.84％ (14) in two groups,.there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention for the patients with infusion chemotherapy can reduce the postoperative adverse reaction of paticnts,improve patients'compliance to chemotherapy,and improve the living quality of patients.
