Effect Observation of Comfort Nursing for Postoperative Chemotherapy in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

Objective To probe into clinical application value of comfort nursing for postoperative chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods Selected 60 colorectal cancer surgery and chemotherapy patients in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into study group(n=30) and control group(n=30) randomly.All the patients were given the oxaliplatin,leucovorin and fluorouracil system chemotherapy and general routine nursing.The patients in study group were taken appropriate nursing intervention program.The nursing effects and nursing comfort of patients in two groups were compared and analysis.Results Compared with control group,patients in study group the complication rates of vicious vomiting,loss of appetite and detached were reduced significantly,nursing comfortable rate and nursing satisfaction were improved significantly,there were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing has positive role in promoting clinical efficacy of colorectal cancer patients postoperative chemotherapy,and improving care comfort and satisfaction.
