Abstract

目的:研究MDR1基因表达与白血病化疗疗效的关系.方法:应用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术对32例临床标本和10例正常人进行了MDR1基因表达检测.并结合患者对化疗药物的敏感性及化疗效果进行比较分析.结果:在白血病患者中MDR1基因表达量越高,耐药性越强,疗效越差.且复发患者MDR1基因表达明显高于初发患者.结论:MDR1介导的耐药是白血病多药耐药的主要机制,与白血病化疗药物的敏感性有较好的相关性.对指导白血病化疗效果评价具有良好的应用前景.
