Abstract
目的 探讨双氯芬酸钠栓塞肛术后镇痛的效果.方法 将痔疮术后患者随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组采用常规术后肌注杜冷丁,治疗组采用双氯芬酸钠肛门给药.结果 给予双氯芬酸钠栓后镇痛作用最快7min,最慢2h,平均25min,总有效率93.0%.结论 双氯芬酸钠栓直肠给药可作为一种痔疮术后简单方便、经济,行之有效的镇痛方法。
