Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of rectal administration diclofenac sodium suppositorie on renal colic caused by calculus.Methods:The author spent one year to observe and analyze the effect of di-clofenac sodium suppositories in 85 patients of different age groups.Results:The rate of the initial time of relieve pain in 15~20 minutes was 20%,in 30~60 minutes was 70%,in 60 minutes was 10%,No case was invalid.Conclusion:Diclofenac sodium suppositories supplied through rectum can relieve patients' pain more quickly,with longer-lasting effect and less side effect,is applied more conveniently,works more ef-fectively,reduces patients' pain and lightens patients' economic burden.Therefore it is worth promoting and applying in clinics.
