Abstract

目的探讨提高慢性泪囊炎手术成功率的有效方法.方法 应用透明质酸钠注入泪囊,根据泪囊的大小、形态及部位,适当调整骨孔的位置,争取得到较大的泪囊粘膜瓣,并运用丝裂霉素C抑制纤维肉芽组织增生所致的手术通道阻塞.结果 30例手术应用此方法手术成功率100%.结论本法可有效提高手术成功率.
