Abstract
目的探讨磁共振尿路造影(MRU)诊断小儿上尿路梗阻的价值.方法 27例上尿路梗阻患儿术前作IVU、BUS和MRU检查,MRU应用重T2加权脂肪抑制快速自旋回波序列.对照分析MRU影像与手术结果,比较MRU与IVU、BUS在上尿路梗阻定位定性诊断中的作用.结果ⅦRU诊断肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄12例,重肾双输尿管畸形3例,原发性巨输尿管症7例,输尿管膀胱入口狭窄5例.MRU影像与手术结果完全一致,对上尿路梗阻的定位定性诊断正确率100%(27/27).结论 MRU是诊断小儿上尿路梗阻的理想手段.
