Abstract

目的 探讨利用铸造核桩加金属烤瓷全冠来修复前牙残冠、残根的优点.方法 选择残冠、残根牙齿145棵,利用自凝塑料棒制作桩部及核部代型,最后整体铸造.粘固铸造好的核桩,取印模,制作金属烤瓷全冠.结果 成功137棵,失败8棵,成功率达94.5%.结论 利用铸造核桩加金属烤瓷全冠来修复前牙残冠、残根,能够取得较好的修复效果,临床上值得进一步推广。
