Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical features and the clinical diagnostic measurements of blunt abdominal injury in order to regulate the treatment of blunt abdominal injury and improve the diagnosis and treatment level. Methods The retrospective analysis was carried out to of clinical data and treatment results of the 69 patients with blunt abdominal injury.Results Among 69 patients with blunt abdominal injury, 62 routine emergency surgery, conservative treatment in 7 cases, rescue cure in 64 cases, 92.8% survival rate, before and after surgery and 5 died. Conclusion Quick assessment to the injury, early comprehensive examination conducting, developing treatment plans, early anti-shock therapy and surgery, prevention of multiple organ failure and the standardized emergency medical treatment can significantly improve the success rate of treatment of blunt abdominal injury.
