Abstract
Objective To explore the standardization of emergency diagnosis and treatment for severe blunt abdominal injury.Method The data and curative effect of 1020 patients with severe blunt abdominal injury from January 1998 to December 2007 were reviewed.Result 964 of 1020 patients accepted surgical operation,emergency diagnosis and treatment were successful for 904 patients and successful rate was 93.8%,and 60 patients died.Conclusion Preoperative diagnosis for the patients with severe blunt abdominal injury need complex methods,and an appropriate operative procedure reduces the morbidity and mortality of severe blunt abdominal injury.
