Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of abnormal fetal monitoring on cesarean section rate.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with fetal distress according to abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring underwent cesarean section were retrospectively analyzed.Results Abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring were closely related with amniotic,umbilical cord abnormalities and neonatal asphyxia.Conclusions Abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring is an important indication for cesarean section,can improve neonatal outcome,but is not absolutly indication for surgery,should be combined with other fetus factors,so as to reduce the cesarean section rate.
