Abstract
Objective Analysis of the distribution of positive rate of HPV infection between the female and the age and common subtypes. To explore the application value of female HPV DNA genotyping detection in cervical cancer prevention. Methods Typing of 1448 patients with gynecological outpatients for HPV typing detection by HPV gene. Results In 1448 cases,531 cases were HPV positive, the total positive rate was 36.7%,which accounted for high-risk HPV468 patients, the infection rate was 88%,the low risk HPV63 patients, accounted for the infection rate was 12%,HPV122 cases of mixed infection, infection rate was 23%,HPV genotype 77.2% infection for single, double infection was 17.9%,three heavy infection was 3.6%,four serious infection was 1.5%.HPV35 was not detected,73,83,MM4 type high risk, low risk type was not found in HPV43,type 44.The subtype infection rate from high to low is HPV58,16,52,33,18,31,53,68,66,51,39,56 and 59,low risk types were HPV11,6,42.The peak in 50-59 and 60-69 years old in the two age of HPV infection in different age groups, infection rates were 78.9% and 73.7%.Conclusion The infection of HPV type universal, there was statistically significant difference of positive rate of each age infection (P < 0.05),before and after the age of 25 and women >50 years of age should be paid more attention to the positive patients,to strengthen the regular follow-up,the detection of HPV genotypes and subtypes in favor of cervical cancer early warning and early treatment. Key words: Papillomavirus, human; Genotype; Cervix neoplasms
