Practice and thinking of continuing education knowledge update training for Heilongjiang Province health professionals and technical personnels

This paper studies the five consecutive years of learning results of continue education knowledge update training for Heilongjiang province health professionals and technical personnels from 2010 to 2014. Comparing the percent of pass, that showed the rate of nurses were higher than those of pharmacists, and so did the senior vice title than junior title; professionals in Qitaihe than professionals in Mudanjiang; professionals in counties than professionals in villages; female than male. It showed downtrend participation for 5 years of continuous studying. According to the results, It basically reflected the participation of the trainees and their training by E-learning, that may give helps on providing measures on how to widely carry out the reform of continuing medical education in grassroots medical units in future and accumulate experiences for other similar training.
