Construction and practice of collaboration mechanism of medical education in colleges and universities

According to the spirit of cooperation of medical education, this paper analyzes four main factors and their functions of the medical colleges and universities with collaborative medical education, the government departments of health, the government departments of education, the clinical teaching bases and so on at the educational stage of colleges and universities. It also analyzes the dynamic mechanism, the input mechanism, the incentive mechanism and the construction of coordination mechanism and discusses the effect embodiment of the collaboration of medical education in terms of the orientation of running school, the cultivation of clinical ability and effectiveness of humanistic quality education, etc. Key words: Medical education; Clinical medicine science; Cooperation of medical education; Mechanism
