With the problems of incorrect orientation and incomplete function of physical education in colleges and universities,the paper proposes an integrated and interactive system in the construction of the function of physical education in colleges and universities,including personnel training,scientific research,social services,culture heritage and innovation.Based on the construction of conception on colleges and universities physical education,the paper explores its content and structure.
