Abstract
目的:对60例玻璃体切割观察显微镜直视下巩膜外冷凝在玻璃体切割术中的应用.方法:60眼均行玻璃体切割,并在手术显微镜直视下冷凝所有的赤道部和赤道前的裂孔.结果:术后随访3-12个月,裂孔封闭率达95.3%,56眼(93.3%)视网膜复位良好.结论:应用手术显微镜直视下巩膜外冷凝简单而疗效可靠,有重要的临床应用价值.
