Abstract
目的 掌握山西省朔州市高砷水和砷中毒的分布特点及危害程度,推进砷中毒的科研防治工作.方法采用统一调查表对高砷暴露人群进行流行病学调查,水砷检测用快速试剂盒法.结果调查3个县(区),10个乡(镇),61个自然村,测定井水样4 678份,水砷总超标率为43.35%,查出病人1 932例,总患病率为11.23%,患病率存在年龄和性别差异.结论砷中毒病区主要分布于黄水河流域沿岸,山阴县病区范围广、病情重,朔城区、应县相对较轻,氟、砷中毒并存.应加大防治力度,采取有效的综合防治措施。
