Abstract

This review is focused to understand the Zinc Sulphide nanoparticles. zinc sulphide (ZnS) nanoparticles are prepared by chemical route method. The product was received in the powder form. The synthesized sample was characterized by powder XRD and TEM. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results confirmed the hexagonal and Zinc blende structure and the crystalline size of ZnS nanoparticles were calculated by the Scherrer formula. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) shows the clustered spherical shape of morphology.
