Abstract

A large proportion of building projects employ contracts with special terms. These contractual relationships include building work which is procured through: • the Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and Private Finance Initiative (PFI); • prime contracting (Ministry of Defence); • schools in batches, such as the Priority School Building Programme (PSBP); • health projects using the ProCure22 Framework; • private clients who have adopted framework agreements; • two-stage tenders.
