Abstract

The paper puts forward a brief analysis on the present situation of the calling for tenders and the tenders for the railway capital constructions,with which how to match it with the national law of calling for tenders and the tenders for railway capital constructions has been also proposed,as well as the problems concerned with the development and the perfection of its market.
