7S Management Applied in the Engineering Training and Its Practice

This paper introduces the content of 7S management, and analyzes the necessity of applying 7S management in engineering training management and teaching. Then its detailed practical application methods in engineering training management and teaching were put forward. The research and practice result shows that applying 7s management in engineering training can improve the engineering training environment, helps to let teaching activity run more smooth, to improve students study effect and their comprehensive quality. The research and practice provides beneficial reference for the engineering training management and teaching.
