Abstract
The new experimental team has become an important part of the teaching and research team in the new period.This paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of the experimental technical team in combination with the actual situation of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications,and how to improve the experimental technical team construction,how to better play the role of the experimental technical team,how to effectively improve the enthusiasm of the experimental technical staff and other major issues.Put forward the corresponding management methods and recommendations.
