Abstract

:5.98 mg/(ml·min).Conclusions Nimodipine is rapidly absorbed after io administration,and the ophthalmic formulation has a higher bioavailability than the oral solution. Therefore,the io route may help to improve the treatment effectiveness of cardiovascular diseases.
