Current state of and need for further education for coaches in China.

Abstract
Having studied the current state of and need for further education for coaches in China today,the authors revealed the following findings: coaches had a high degree of satisfaction with training they had participated in and training held by sports institutes;sports institutes participating in further education for coaches was the most effective way,sports institutes are major holding organizations of further education for coaches in the future,the most important channels for further education for coaches;the advantage of engaging in further education for coaches based on sports institutes is the teacher strengths accumulated by sports institutes over the years,but the shortage of such a training teaching mode is that it is quite different from sports training practice.In further education for coaches in the future,we should not only strengthen the cultivation and training of the learning ability and scientific research ability of coaches,but also constantly update the teaching training conceptions of coaches.
