Simple Analysis on Problem of Role Orientation of Chinese Sports School Coaches

Sports school coaches as organizers and instructors in modern training process,they play an important role in success of reform about Chinese sports system. how to improve the level of sports school coaches is a key problem for ensuring sustainable development of competitive sports.Using interview method,the problem of sports school coaches role definition was analyzed in China,the existent problem and improved the relevant suggestion were also presented,in order to arouse the related departments to pay attention to the sports school coaches,boost the sports coaches to know their role and hold the professional role localization of the school sports coaches,and enrich needs of the coaches role theoretical research.
