The study of Organizational Justice Perception Impacts on Organizational Commitment and Effective Implementation of Organizational Strategy (Noorabad Mamasani Industrial Zone)

Abstract

Organizational justice deals with personnel's feeling and understanding regarding the rate of fairness and equality in the behaviours and work relations. Different studies have indicated the justice sense increase influences different dimensions of organizational behaviour; on this basis present study is to examine how organizational justice, personnel's organizational commitment and implementing organizational strategy are related to each other and at the same time, it tries to test how the organizational justice dimensions (Distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice) influence organizational commitment and strategy implementation. The statistical population included 150 employees of Noorabad Industrial Zone. The data were analyzed (108 questionnaires) by correlation and regression test. The findings showed that different dimensions of organizational justice had positive and significant relation with personnel's organizational commitment and implementing effective organizational strategy.
