Exploration of the way to the inheritance and development of traditional national sports.

Abstract
The author analyzed the history and current state of the development of traditional national sports,and put forward the following opinions: for the development of traditional national sports,we should refer to the suc-cessful experiences gained by China in 30-year reform and opening,make in-depth criticisms and renovations on traditional national sports by basing its root on traditional national sports culture and absorbing the essence of other sports cultures in the world,and walk the way to the development of traditional national sports with Chinese fea-tures.
