Abstract
Objective To compare the treatment effect on fungal maxillary sinusitis by simple endoscopic sinus surgery and endoscopy by dual approaches(Caldwel-Luc type and natural ostium of maxillary sinus).Method Thirty cases were operated on by functional endoscopic sinus surgery and twelve cases were operated on by dual approaches under endoscopic sinus.Result All cases were cured without noticeable complications in a follow-up of three to six months. Conclusion Dual approaches under endoscopy can achieve satisfactory effects without more complications.
