Abstract

In this work, corn stalk was fermented by the mixed strains of White-rot fungi and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. At first, experimental analysis has been carried out on the single-factors such as temperature, inoculation amount, cellulase weight, rotating rate, the mixed ratio and fermenting duration. Then optimize the fermentation conditions by the orthogonal test. From the test of oscillatory temperature fermentation, the results show that the optimal conditions:fermented for 24 h.in 41 ℃at first,48 h.in 37 ℃ subsequently, inoculation amount of 10%,cellulase weight of 30 IU/g,rotating rate of 120 r/min,and the ratio of Pichia trunk to Saccharomyces cerevisiae is 2:1,fermenting duration of 72 h,At the optimal condition, the ethanol yield could reach a value of 0.125 2 g/g.
