Abstract
In this study,Trichoderma reesei Rut C-40 was inoculated to the steam-explosion corn stalks to produced cellulase. Then the yeasts were cultivated in the mixture of cellulase and steam-explosion stalk to produce ethanol. The optimal conditions for enzymatic hydrolysis were determined by Box-Behnken,which were the proportion of cellulase to steam-explosion stalk was 1.2,temperature 46℃ and pH value 4.4.hydrolysis yield was 32.50% after 48h saccharification. When the yeasts were inoculated to the substrates, the productivity of ethanol was 0.15g/g substrate after 96h,which was 9.3% higher than the yield of SSF without saccharification.
