Thinking world-class:
releasing the potential of people
Andre Parker is chairman of the Orion
Group and a consultant in developing
world-class companies. He is working on
his doctorate on the subject. This is the
sixth in a series of articles on world-class
organisations.
We have discussed several characteristics
of world-class organisations over the past
few months. This month, however, is a
critical aspect of business - the people
issues - as we have learnt from various
sources that we as a country don't feature
