Abstract
Today there has been advanced progress in retaining wetting behavior of TiO2 fihns.Because of physical characteristics of these film surface,TiO2 films made by scientists can hold superhydrophilicity behavior in dark environment without external stimuli such as UV light. And in this paper,we introduce the physical characteristics which cause wetting behavior of TiO2 films. At last we show an increased wettability of TiO2 film by addition of SiO2.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
