Abstract

Superhydrophilic nano-TiO2 film is a novel material which plays an important volt in self-cleaning,antifogging and biocompatible applications,while hydrophilicity is not satisfactory for normal TiO2 films,so the modification of TiO2 is necessary to improve the superhydrophilic property of the TiO2 films.The recent research progress on mechanisms of superhydrophilicity of TiO2 films,and modification methods are reviewed in this paper.
