Abstract

A short communication is given of the research program of EARSeL W. G. 11 on the symbiotic use of Altimeter, Scatterometer and SMMR in semienclosed seas and coastal waters. Preliminary analysis of Seasat Altimeter data near coastlines and of the coverage of SASS in the Mediterranean is presented.
