Abstract

Objective:To investigate the relationship between 14-3-3ζ and lung cancer metastasis.Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was employed to examine 14-3-3ζ expression.Primary and metastatic carcinoma specimens from 20 lung cancer patients were tested.Results: 14-3-3ζ expression was detected in all specimens and in 15 patients,14-3-3ζ was expressed more highly in primary than in metastatic carcinoma.Conclusion: 14-3-3ζ has some correlation with metastasis of lung cancer.
