Thoughts on Experience,Problems and Solutions of Party Building in New Economic Organizations and New Social Organizations

Since the reform and opening-up,new economic organizations and new social organizations have been grown up rapidly,and the Party building work in these organizations has been effectively started in exploration.In practice,some experiences have been accumulated in terms of policy making,leadership system establishment,achieving coverage of the Party organizations and work,and team building.However,there are still prominent problems in the overall party building in these two new organizations.Therefore,we should strengthen policy innovation,improve the leadership system,expand the coverage of the Party organizations and work,enhance team building and improve the working effectiveness of Party organizations,so as to accelerate the party building in two new organizations.
