On the Holistic Functions of CPC Organizations in New Economic Organizations and New Social Organizations in Current China

Abstract
The Constitution of the Communist Party of China newly amended in the 17th National Congress of the CPC ,the ( Provisional) Instructions on Strengthening the Work of Party Construction in Individual,Private and Other Non-public Economic Organizations adopted by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and relevant provisions in party documents are the objective basis for enhancing the functions of CPC organizations in the new economic organizations and new social organizations of our country at present. The holistic functions of CPC organizations in the two kinds of new organizations mainly include four parts,i. e. ,the function of piloting,the function of organizational guarantee,the function of coordinating,communicating and cooperating,and the function of unifying,aggregating and irradiating.
