Abstract
In recent years,as a result of the impact of athletics martial arts and the degeneration of the traditional martial arts,traditional martial arts which is called Treasure of Chinese has been ignored.This has affected the transmission of the Chinese martial arts essence and martial arts culture.It is necessary for us to explore the cultural value,the sports value,the defense function,the school of the traditional martial arts and so on,in order to elucidate and expand the traditional martial arts intrinsic charm,and further advance the traditional martial arts the development.
