Abstract
Insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ is an important factor for growth,development,reproduction,immunization,cancer and ageing of animal body.The sequences of 5'-UTR,exon 1,intron 1 and exon 4 of goose IGF-Ⅰgene were amplified from goose genomic DNA by PCR.The PCR products were 309,203,549,4 413 bp and 1 442 bp,respectively.Then the 4 413 bp and 1 442 bp PCR products were subcloned into pMD19-T vector and the sequences were confirmed by sequence analysis.These data indicated that the sequences of goose,chicken and duck are more than 80 % homologous by comparison,and the homology was above 68 % in goose,rat and human.The sequences of intron 1 and exon 4 were submitted to GenBank,with accession NO.EU111743 and NO.EU072031.
