Philosophy of is not a independent branch or school of thought in philosophy. From the theory of philosophy, we can find that is philosophy. So the difficulty of study of philosophy of value, is not in rebuilding the value's philosophy, but in putting value's as the real theme of and making philosophy's show its read significance. However, if we only follow the sample of theory of western value's or go behind the road of dividing the western in the modern time and present time, we still let the value be abstract, which loses and human himself. The western people emphasize ethics' in the sense which is against ontology and epistemology. This is the innate blemish of western value's theory. In the other side, the beginning of Chinese is the thought of value. So it is not only the western to go up to the theme of philosophy. As to put value as the concept of philosophy, the purpose is not to need and satisfaction but to affirm the people's status , their and honour and to pursue the forming and consummation of human being when judging the relation of human being and this world.
