Abstract

A decision-aided equalizer(DAE) scheme for the filtered multitone(FMT) system is proposed.For the FMT system,a decision-aided equalizer could overcome the floor effect of the decision feedback equalizer which is caused by the multi-path channel.A new algorithm based on factor figure is also presented.This algorithm solves casualties of the decision-aided equalizer under the conditions of not improving system complexity much.The simulation results show that this equalizer has a better performance than other FMTs'.
