Methods of Improving the Employment Education of Vocational and Technical Colleges

Much emphasis is cast on employment rate instead of employment education.Contents in employment education are inadequate,and education for non-graduating students is ignored.Teachers’ guidance level remains to be improved,and the overall situation of focusing on employment all over the school is not formed.Quantity not quality of employment is emphasized.In order to solve the main problems of employment in the vocational and technical colleges,we should formulate effective safeguard systems,strengthen market investigation,press every grade education,and innovate education forms.
